Tasleem Atheer

Why we built Tasleem

Every ICU shift ends the same way: a tired team hands a unit full of critically ill patients to a team that has just walked in. Tasleem exists to make that moment safe, quick, and complete.

Why it exists

Handover is where care is most fragile. What the night team needs to know travels on paper, in chat groups, and in memory, and some of it is always lost on the way. We started Tasleem to give that information one place to live, so it reaches the next doctor intact.

The problem we solve

  • Information gets lost. Notes and pending tasks scatter across paper and messages, and slip through at shift change.
  • Handover costs hours. Doctors stay past their shift to pass everything on by voice, and the hospital pays the overtime.
  • Nothing is measured. Managers cannot see where tasks stall, who is overloaded, or where the unit is stretched.

Why we are the right team

We pair clinical practice with engineering from day one. Our founding medical officer knows what a handover has to carry and what a busy unit will actually use. Our founding engineer builds the product and the infrastructure that lets a hospital host it and keep records in the Kingdom.

So every feature is shaped by the shift it serves, and built to pass a hospital's IT and regulatory review.
